What is Earth Care?

At Creative Learning with Cady Lynn we learn about caring for the Earth.  We discus concepts of waste, and how to reduce our waste, making sure we clean up after ourselves in nature, and leaving nature how we found it (or cleaner!).

In the spring we go on neighborhood walks to collect rubbish with hour trash grabbers and gloves.

We also find reasons to be excited about nature!  An abandoned birds nest was found, so we examined to and discussed its attributes.  We recently found an empty hive, and have been discussing the combs and how the hive was built.  Most importantly, though it is exciting to look at and explore, we try to leave nature how we found it so others can also enjoy it too.
