Creative Learning with Cady Lynn Has Exciting News!
Creative Learning with Cady Lynn is proud to announce that we are participating in Learn & Grow, Alaska’s Quality Recognition and Improvement System (QRIS), and has been recognized at the second level of quality—
Level 2: Moving into Higher Quality.
This means Creative Learning with Cady Lynn is committed to high-quality early care and learning for your child. Learn & Grow gives us a framework to engage in continuous quality improvement activities and supports us as we progress through the levels of quality.
The levels of quality within Learn & Grow are:

Learning and Grow is a great resource for the Learning Center and will help us keep high quality learning opportunities relevant and exciting,” says Ms. Cady, owner and Lead teacher.
Currently, there are 43 other states that have a statewide QRIS like Learn & Grow. Alaska launched its QRIS in July 2016, making Creative Learning with Cady Lynn an early adopter and leader in quality improvement in Alaska. The assistance Learn & Grow provides helps early care and learning programs like us improve the quality of their care. Research shows that high-quality early care and learning experiences help children become healthier, more prepared for school, and more successful in life. When young children succeed, the whole community benefits.
This milestone means our staff will have access to additional resources and specialized trainings that will help your child thrive. We pledge to continuously work towards providing the best care for your child, and we are honored to serve the families of this community. By participating in Learn & Grow, Creative Learning with Cady Lynn joins the ranks of other programs across the state who are committed to advancing the quality of early care and learning for our youngest Alaskans.
